For a project, I need pictures, but the good pictures to a better and more suitable pixel ratio?

If the detail / resolution is not in the original or what you have it can’t be added later.

    a ratio is basically a fraction or one number referenced to another number. it’s not clear what you mean by “pixel ratio” — what two numbers do you have in mind?

    you can blow up the picture to utilize more pixels, but your picture won’t gain resolution detail, because you can’t add the information that isn’t there. if you need higher resolution pictures, you will need to use a suitable camera to capture them in the first place.
